• Choice of outdoor site for ceremony and reception for up to 250 people

• 8 acres including the 1 acre pond, barn, and open grass fields overlooking the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

• Access to property the night before the wedding, the whole day of the wedding up until 10pm, and 2 hours the morning after the wedding for clean up.

• Two nights at our farmhouse (found on airbnb and vrbo).

• Pre wedding suite in upstairs barn

• Bar with refrigerator 

• 2 bathrooms

• There is plenty of room for food trucks and/or catering services to set up.
